Enjoy full access to the spa's facilities, including the swimming pool, gym, sauna and steam room. As part of your day, you'll each be treated to 40 minutes' worth of treatments. You'll have the choice of three packages, each with a pampering best foot forward massage and paired with either a facial and hand and arm massage, a mini back and scalp massage or a hand and arm and scalp massage. Whichever you choose, you're sure to leave feeling rejuvenated, revived and ready to face the world. Participant guidelines: Participants should be of reasonable health and fitness to enjoy all the facilities on offer (you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire, which will be emailed to you 3 days prior to your booking, before you can take your experience and you may not be able to take certain treatments or use some of the facilities if you have certain medical conditions, alternatively you may be required to obtain a medical certificate).
