It's perfect for quickly repairing leaks and for long lasting protection of flat roofs and gutters, as well as flashing, around roof lights and chimney stacks. It can also be used for sealing concrete foundations and walls. This gutter sealant stops water travelling through porous, cracked or degraded substrates on both vertical and horizontal surfaces. The highly flexible coating is easy-to-apply, quick drying and free from solvent, bitumen and isocyanates, meaning it's better for the environment. It can be applied to many substrates by brush or roller without a primer, including concrete, stone, wood, metal, zinc, clay, tiles, slate, felt, polystyrene, and most plastics. However, it is not suitable for use on polyethylene & polypropylene plastics, or bitumen coatings. Once applied, it instantly protects, even if it rains immediately after application.
